Eligibility
Members of the 2011 Game Of your Life Foundation (Adams Golf Junior Tour and Meijer Junior Players Tour) will be eligible for all regular series events
Non-Members of the 2011 G.O.L.F. season will be eligible to register at the non-member entry fee.
The Fall Tournament Series will not have a membership fee.
Event Registration
Tournament availability will be on a first come first serve basis. Some events will have limited availability, please see the Meijer Junior Players Tour 2011 schedule and click on the "info" link for all information pertaining to an event.
MJPT members must login to their players club account select the Tournament Schedule and register for events.
AGJT members and NON-members will need to select the Tournament Sign-Up below and click register next to the event. The schedule for the fall series is listed under the Meijer Junior Players Tour, therefore, AGJT members will need to register individually for each event but select that they are "not a member" then select an AGJT member under fees.

Format & Divisions
One day 18 hole stroke play events for all divisions except the Boys 7-9 and Girls7-12 which will play 9 holes. The Fall Series is a combined Series of both Meijer Junior Players Tour and Adams Golf Junior Players Tour members and non-members. We have one, two day 36 hole event that will be ranked by Junior Golf Scoreboard.
Players will be grouped into the following divisions based on their age as of the last tournament date Sept. 24, 2011. You may elect to play up in a division, however, once your decision is made it is final through the Fall Tournament Series.

Please note: The girls 15-19 division will be limited to 2 events.
Reminder for Girls: Due to MHSAA regulations girls playing high school golf may only play in 2 outside High School events. Please contact the MHSAA for futher information.

Entry Fees
Members of the 2011 Game Of your Life Foundation Season: $55.00 (18 holes) $30.00 (9 holes)
Non-Members of the Game Of your Life Foundation: $65.00 (18 holes) $35.00 (9 holes)
There is no limit to the number of events played.

Meijer Receipts: receipts that were received in the Tour Office by June 30, 2011 will be applicable towards the Fall Tournament Series events. · MJPT Members may register for events through their Players Club account and the credit will be applied.
· AGJT Members that wish to use a credit from the Meijer Receipts Promotion MUST email our office with the event request and we will register using the credit internally.
· Non Members are not eligible for the Meijer receipt program.
Credit on G.O.L.F. Account: players that have a credit on their account from the 2011 summer schedule will be able to use their credit towards the Fall Tournament Series entry fees.
· MJPT Members: to apply your credit towards the Fall Tournament Series entry fees please register for the events as usual. At the billing information of registration it will show that you have money on your account to use.
· AGJT Members: to apply your AGJT credit towards the Fall Tournament Series you MUST email our office with the event request and we will register using the credit.

Awards
Top-three: The top three finishers in each age division will receive an award immediately following the completion of their age division at each event.

Ties: 1st place ties will be decided by a sudden death playoff. All other ties are decided by the USGA recommended method: total score over final nine holes. If there is still a tie, the total score for the final six holes will be used, then the final 3 and finally the score on the 18th.
Fall Series Champion: the person in each age division who accumulates the most points during the series. Points are awarded to the top finishers at an event. Please see below for point breakdown. Fall Series Champion will be awarded at the final event, the Fall Series Championship.
Series Championship qualification: 1st - 3rd place in each 18 hole division, including ties, will be invited to the Fall Series Championship at TBD. 1st and 2nd place finishers for the 9 hole divisions will be invited.
